Minor variations between the Product as shown and as received (e.g., color, packaging) may occur and do not constitute a defect.

1.3 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been submitted, and will notify you before charging a corrected amount. Payment is processed through Shopify Payments; by submitting payment information you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

1.4 Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time, at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product names, and images — is the property of Fresh Fetch or its licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

1.6 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights; transmit malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or scrape or harvest data from the Site without permission.

1.7 Product Use, Safety, and Health Disclaimer

Please read this section carefully — it applies directly to how Fresh Fetch should be used.

• Not a medical or veterinary treatment. Fresh Fetch is a pet chew/play toy designed to support mechanical cleaning action during normal chewing and play. It is not a drug, dental treatment, or cure for any medical condition, and we make no claim that it treats, cures, or prevents periodontal disease, halitosis caused by underlying illness, or any other medical condition.
• Persistent bad breath can be a sign of an underlying health issue (e.g., dental disease, gastrointestinal issues, or other conditions). If your dog's bad breath is severe, sudden, or persistent, please consult a licensed veterinarian rather than relying on this Product alone.
• Supervise use. Always supervise your pet while they use this Product. Do not leave your pet unattended with the Product.
• Choking and ingestion hazard. As with any pet toy, small pieces may break off during aggressive chewing and present a choking or ingestion hazard. Inspect the Product regularly and discard immediately if it becomes damaged, cracked, or reduced in size.
• Not suitable for all dogs. Chewing strength, breed, size, and behavior vary widely. Use your judgment about whether this Product is appropriate for your pet, and stop use if your pet shows signs of gastrointestinal distress after ingesting any part of the Product.
• Individual results vary. Any before/after content, reviews, or testimonials we share reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results for your pet.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Fetch and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to veterinary expenses, arising from your use or misuse of the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

1.9 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as expressly stated in our Return & Refund Policy or required by law.

1.10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fresh Fetch from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Product, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

1.11 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Information you provide: name, email address, shipping/billing address, phone number, and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers).

3.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

3.2 Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship from the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

3.3 Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are 10–20 business days within the continental US after processing. These are estimates only; we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

3.4 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at helpfreshfetch@gmail.comand we will assist with a carrier claim or replacement, at our discretion.

3.5 International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and, as an additional option, the United Kingdom. UK orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4.1 Return Window

We accept returns of unused, unopened Fresh Fetch balls within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.

4.2 Hygiene Exception

Because Fresh Fetch is a pet chew toy that comes into direct contact with your dog's mouth, we cannot accept returns of any unit that has been used, chewed, or removed from its sealed packaging, for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the item is defective. This exception does not affect your rights regarding defective products.

4.3 Defective or Damaged Products

If your Product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at helpfreshfetch@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4.4 How to Initiate a Return

Email helpfreshfetch@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

4.5 Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item (or approving a defect claim).

4.6 Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
